The Narrative:

The bride and groom were really flexible and open to any suggestions on the design of the wedding. The open ended brief lead to taking inspiration from the colour palette of the wedding ceremony.

The aim was to utilize the spaces within the hotel and drive the flow of the party, held on a two-floor lobby and mezzanine, smoothly. Alongside this, to create a new and unique atmosphere that was completely different to the one of the existing ballroom.

I chose to play with circular geometric arches which laid the base for a clean canvas to re create the atmosphere of the venue. After the structure was set, the addition of the flower garden came into play to fill in the spaces and complete the design.
